Our staff use daily engagement logs to record relevant information, share updates and help provide consistent support tailored to each young person.

Daily Engagement Logs

CSM Independence provides young people with accommodation and practical support as they develop the skills needed for greater independence. Staff record relevant activities, conversations, decisions and progress in daily engagement logs.

These records help the team and the professionals involved in each young person’s support understand their needs, review what is working and respond to concerns. They also inform updates to individual support plans.
